Cancellation/ Late policy
24 hour notice of cancellation is required otherwise 50% of appointment fee will be charged.
No show fee is 100% of appointment fee and must be paid before rescheduling (please note that insurance companies will not cover the cancellation fee). If you are late to the appointment you will still be charged for the full appointment time and the appointment will end at the scheduled time.
Payment policy
Payment is due in full at time of service. Please note that prices are subject to change. Payments at this time can be made by debit, credit, cash or e-transfer. You will be given a receipt to claim with insurance. No WSIB or MVA but referrals can be made out.
Privacy policy
All information provided is kept confidential unless allowed or requested by law. Your written permission will be required to release any information. In the event that there is a privacy breech, the affected individual will be notified and will it be reported to the privacy commissioner directly.
Covid 19 Policy
Masks are no longer required for the client to wear, but if you would feel more comfortable you are welcome to wear a mask. If you would like me to wear a mask as well please don’t hesitate to ask.
If you are experiencing cold, flu or Covid 19 like symptoms please cancel your appointment and reschedule.
If you have gotten a positive Covid 19 test or been exposed to Covid 19, please wait 10 days before coming to the clinic.
